A study day for fans of Gerard Manley Hopkins run by the Hopkins Society

11.30am Lecture ‘Hopkins as Theologian’ by Prof Nicholas Sagovsky, former Canon Theologian of Westminster Abbey, preceded by the Society’s AGM at 10.30

Followed in the afternoon by a visit to St Francis Xavier Church where Hopkins was Curate to hear the poems he wrote there

The Enfield Poets International Poetry Competition 2014
